  • What is the difference between EDT and EDP?
    EDT (Eau de Toilette) has a lighter concentration of fragrance oils, making it ideal for everyday use, while EDP (Eau de Parfum) has a higher concentration for a longer-lasting, more intense scent.
  • How should I wear perfume for the best results?
    Apply perfume to your pulse points like wrists, neck, and behind the ears. These areas emit heat, helping to diffuse the fragrance better throughout the day.
  • Are Volume7 perfumes are long lasting?
    Yes, our perfumes are designed to last for hours with an average ranging between 4 - 8 hours. However, longevity depends on the concentration and your skin type, scent profiles, weather conditions etc.
  • What is the Intensity Scale?
    We’ve developed an Intensity Scale to visually represent the strength and richness of each scent, helping you choose a fragrance that suits your preferences.
  • Are Volume7 perfumes cruelty-free?
    Absolutely! All Volume7 products are 100% cruelty-free. We never test on animals or use animal-derived ingredients in our fragrances.
  • Are Volume7 perfumes safe for sensitive skin?
    Our perfumes are made with skin-friendly ingredients, but we recommend a patch test before use if you have sensitive skin.
  • What is the difference between natural and synthetic oils?
    Natural oils are extracted directly from plants, while synthetic oils are created in labs to mimic natural scents. Both are safe, with synthetic oils offering consistent quality and unique scent profiles.
  • What are top, middle, and base notes in a perfume?
    Top Notes: The first impression of a fragrance, lasting for a few minutes after application. Middle Notes: The heart of the fragrance that emerges after the top notes fade, lasting for several hours. Base Notes: The foundation that lingers the longest, giving the fragrance its depth
  • What is sillage?
    Sillage refers to the trail of scent a perfume leaves behind as you move. It determines how noticeable the fragrance is to others.
  • Do perfumes expire?
    Yes, perfumes can expire over time. To maintain their quality, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • I’m having trouble placing my order. What should I do?

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept a variety of payment options, including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
    Yes, COD is available for orders under ₹5,000 and to select pin codes only. Please note that a ₹50 convenience fee applies.
  • Can I change my order after placing it?
    Changes to your order are possible only before the product is dispatched. Please email us at support@getvolume7.com to make modifications.
  • Can I update my delivery address after placing an order?
    You can update your address as long as the order has not been dispatched. Please email us at support@getvolume7.com with your updated address details.
  • I forgot to apply my coupon code. Can I use it for my next order?
    Unfortunately, coupon codes are product- and time-specific, so they cannot be used for a different order. Make sure to apply the code during checkout for future purchases.
  • How can I cancel my order?
    You can request a cancellation by emailing us at support@getvolume7.com. However, cancellations are not possible once the order has been dispatched. We will still try our best to assist you.
  • How long does it take for products to ship?
    Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 working days.
  • What are your shipping charges?
    Shipping is free for orders above ₹500. For orders below ₹499, standard shipping fees apply.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to monitor your delivery status. If you have any trouble, contact us at support@volume7.com.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Currently, we only ship within India. However, we’re working on expanding our reach to bring Volume7 to a global audience. Stay tuned for updates!
  • Do you offer exchanges or refunds?
    Unfortunately, due to the personal nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges or refunds. This policy ensures the hygiene and safety of our fragrances.
  • What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
    We take great care to ensure that all products are in perfect condition before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at support@getvolume7.com, and our team will assist you in resolving the issue.
